ADORE Homes Inc ("ADORE Homes," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") builds accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and manufactured homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. We respect the privacy of visitors to our website and the people we serve, and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how ADORE Homes collects, stores, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our website at https://adore-homes.com/ (the "Site") and any other websites, pages, features, or content owned and operated by ADORE Homes that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you acknowledge that we will collect and process your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and you consent to the practices described here and in our Terms of Use. 1. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in our Services. When we make a change, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by applicable law, provide additional notice. 2. Personal Information We Collect

Personal information is any information that identifies you or makes you identifiable. We collect personal information in three ways: information you provide to us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

a. Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us

• Form submissions: contact information you provide when you fill out a form on our Site — for example, to request a quote, check whether an ADU fits on your property, download a floor plan or pricing guide, schedule a consultation or showroom visit, or ask a question. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and property address.
• Phone, text, and email communications: records of your correspondence with us when you call, text, or email us, or communicate with us through a chat feature on the Site.
• Project information: details about your property and project goals that you share with us during consultations, site visits, or the design and contracting process.
• Surveys and feedback: responses you provide to customer surveys or reviews you choose to submit.
• Promotions and referrals: information you provide when participating in a promotion or referral program.
• Job applications: employment-related information you provide if you apply to work with us.

b. Information Collected Automatically

As you navigate the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including your IP address, browser type and language, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages you view and the order and duration of those views, and the date and time of your visit. We may also collect information about how you arrived at our Site, such as advertising campaign identifiers (for example, Google Ads click IDs or UTM parameters). c. Information from Third Parties

If you interact with us through a social media platform or an advertising platform (for example, by submitting a lead form on Facebook or Instagram), we may receive the information you provide through that platform, subject to your privacy settings on that platform. We may also receive information from marketing, analytics, and lead-verification partners.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To provide our services: responding to your inquiries, preparing quotes and site assessments, scheduling consultations and showroom visits, and managing your project if you become a customer.
• Service-related communications: contacting you about your inquiry or project, appointment reminders, project updates, and changes to our Services or policies.
• Marketing communications: sending you newsletters, offers, and other information about our homes and services that may interest you, unless you opt out. If you consent to receive text messages, we may send you SMS messages about your inquiry or our services; you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP."
• Advertising and measurement: measuring the effectiveness of our advertising and, where permitted by law, using identifiers to reach you or similar audiences on advertising platforms. See our Cookie Policy and Section 7 below for your choices.
• Internal operations and improvement: analyzing how visitors use our Site so we can improve our content, offerings, and customer experience.
• Safety, security, and compliance: protecting our Site and business against fraud, spam, and security risks; enforcing our agreements; and complying with our legal, tax, licensing, and regulatory obligations, including obligations that apply to licensed contractors in California.
• Employment purposes: processing job applications and related record-keeping.
• With your consent: any other purpose disclosed to you at the time you provide your information.

We may aggregate or de-identify personal information so that it can no longer be attributed to you, and use that information for our legitimate business purposes without restriction.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

We may share or disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: companies that perform services on our behalf, such as customer relationship management (CRM), website hosting, appointment scheduling, email and SMS delivery, phone systems, analytics, document signing, payment processing, and marketing services. Service providers may access your personal information only to perform these tasks for us and are obligated not to use it for other purposes.
• Project partners: if you engage us for a project, we may share relevant information with the parties needed to deliver it — for example, home manufacturers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, lenders or escrow companies you choose to work with, and permitting authorities.
• Analytics and advertising partners: we use third-party analytics and advertising providers (such as Google and Meta) to understand how our Site is used and to deliver and measure advertising. Where permitted by law, we may share identifiers such as your IP address, device identifiers, or hashed email address with these partners for targeted advertising purposes. See Section 7 for your opt-out rights.
• Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of some or all of our business or assets, personal information may be among the assets transferred.
• As required by law: when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to respond to valid requests by public authorities, or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ADORE Homes, our customers, or others.
• With your consent: for any other purpose with your consent.

We may disclose aggregated or anonymized information that does not identify any specific individual without restriction.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with our legal, contractual, licensing, warranty, and record-keeping obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We retain marketing contact information until you unsubscribe from our marketing communications.

6. Your Choices

• Correct or update your information: you may ask us to correct or update the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@adore-homes.com.
• Email preferences: you can stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any promotional email we send. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you service-related communications (for example, about an active project or appointment).
• Text messages: if you receive text messages from us, you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP."

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Right to know/access: to request a copy of, or information about, the personal information we hold about you, the purposes for which we process it, and the categories of parties to whom we disclose it.
• Right to correct: to request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to delete: to request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for contracting, warranty, tax, or licensing purposes).
• Right to portability: to receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
• Right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" for targeted advertising: although we do not sell your personal information for money, our use of cookies and advertising tools may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. You have the right to opt out. You can do so with one click using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of every page, by contacting us as described below, or by using the cookie and advertising opt-out tools described in our Cookie Policy.
• Right against discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Submitting a request: email us at info@adore-homes.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and tell us which right(s) you would like to exercise, or write to us at the address in the Contact Us section below. To protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, which may include contacting you by phone or email to confirm information we have on file. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require you to verify your identity directly with us and confirm that you authorized the agent to act for you.

8. Additional Notice to California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), may provide you with the rights described in Section 7 above with respect to the following categories of personal information we collect:

We disclose these categories to the parties described in Section 4 for the purposes described in Section 3. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a "right to limit" under the CCPA, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under 16 years of age.

Shine the Light: California residents with an established business relationship with us may request, once per calendar year, information about our disclosure of certain personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us using the information below and indicate that you are making a "Shine the Light" inquiry.

Do Not Track: because uniform standards for "Do Not Track" browser signals have not been adopted, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. See our Cookie Policy for the opt-out tools we do support.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately as described below.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our Services may contain links to, or integrate with, websites and services operated by third parties (for example, social media platforms, scheduling tools, or financing providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Once you leave our Services or interact with a third-party service, you should review the applicable privacy policy of that third party. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by ADORE Homes.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us as described below so that we can promptly delete it.
