    We will work efficiently to make sure your property is ready for your ADORE HOME upon arrival.

    We will deliver and install your ADORE HOME from the factory into your backyard. We will make sure that this process goes smoothly.

How do we calculate your price?

We don’t want you to be surprised along the way as transparency is one of our core values. The following items may increase the project’s cost and time frames:

Permitting Plans and Municipality Fees

Depending on where you live, your city may require certain plans drawn and other documentation specific to your lot. Every city has its own fee schedule for each type of project. You don’t need to worry about it – we will take care of everything for you.

Electrical Panel Situation and Capacity

When your existing electrical panel capacity is under 200 amps or has less than 85 amps of additional capacity, an upgrade is most likely due. We will assess it and let you know.

Foundation, Trenching & Craning

When we assess the size of your backyard we will know if the desired location of your ADU is far from the water and sewer lines. If your lot is far from the street road we may need to use a bigger crane. Fortunately, most lots are not. In case we need to trench or crane longer distances we will assess and provide you with a quote.

Decking, Fencing and Separate Pathway

If you wish, we can add a deck and even create a separate pathway from your home to your ADU to maintain your privacy. Additionally, we can fence your entire backyard to give your ADU a more private look and feel.

Special Soil Conditions

Does your landscape require specific foundation and handling? We will take care of it and provide you with a quote so you get what you need.

Landscaping

We will assist you with any landscape modifications you require, including removal or transfer of sheds, trees, and more. We will partner with our local landscapers to give you a quote and make your backyard beautiful to complement your new ADU.

Fire Sprinklers

If your main home has fire sprinklers already installed or your local fire department will require you to add fire sprinklers to your ADU – we got you covered.
