ADORE Homes offers seamless, fast, and safe delivery of high-quality and modern backyard homes throughout Northern California. In some cities, we can deliver an ADU within 4-6 weeks after the permits have been obtained.

New state ADU legislation enacted in January 2020 dramatically simplified the process of obtaining permits to build a backyard home in California. The opportunities and use cases to add an ADU are endless. They can boost the value and square footage of your clients’ homes while also giving them a potential added revenue stream.
Our Realtor Referral Program – Opportunity to earn a minimum of $6,000
Increase the value of home sales – ADORE Homes’ Realtor Referral Program pays realtors 1.5% of the proceeds earned from each sale of our units to your clients. Our units’ sale price starts at $229k. That means $6,000 to you! Alternatively, if the seller is not ready to place a new ADU before the sale, we will process – free of charge – all of the required permit paperwork on behalf of the client to increase the home value during the sale.
Arm your clients with the right information to maximize options – regardless if your client purchases a unit with us, we will provide your client with a free lot feasibility assessment (worth $500) to assess the ADU eligibility.
1. Submit the referral program form below on behalf of your client OR send them the link to this page to fill out themselves. Make sure to fill out the name of the referrer in order to be considered for the program.
2. We will work with your client to select and place an ADORE Homes ADU.
3. We will work with your client to assess their backyard space to make sure an ADORE home is the right fit for them.
4. If everything looks good, we will handle the entire design, manufacturing, and placement process. You and your client benefit from added revenue.
